Select Orange Pekoe

Orange pekoe refers to a high grade of black tea. It is one of the first teas introduced to the western worlds, around 1600s. Our Orange Pekoe hails from the lush mountains of Northern China, and has a distinct fruity and floral aroma, with flavors that is woody and robust. Despite the name, there isn't any orange flavor, rather it was coined as such by the Dutch to pay homage to the House of Orange-Nassau.

The term "pekoe" is used the tea growers to describe tiny, rolled tea leaves of the plant.

Note: 4 oz. of loose tea serves 20-30 cups.
