Unfortunately, perishable goods such as coffees and teas cannot be returned.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
T-shirts: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returned upon 30 days of receiving.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace T-shirts if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to 109 Christopher Street New York US 10014.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
