Rooibos

Commonly called red tea or red bush tea. A more mellow cup that can be enjoyed anytime during the day. Reputedly contains various antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. Naturally caffeine-free. 

Note: 4 oz. of loose tea serves 20-30 cups.
