Vietnam is the second-largest coffee producer in the world. Cau Dat in the province of Da Lat in the central to the southeastern part of the country grows significant amounts of great coffee.
100% Arabica beans, this is our medium roast version that has since been cultivated by Vietnamese farmers, and the region is known for being among the highest quality in the country. It has a very subtle pop of acidity leading into some richer notes. It's becoming one of our favorites.
